01. Who is it for?
A good plan is a route map for designers, creatives, entrepreneurs, strategists and business lovers alike to make creative and strategic decisions with criteria in today's lean, fast-changing ecosystem. It is designed as a do-it-yourself tool-kit to build strong engaging brands. Each tool and template has been carefully crafted to be flexible enough to suit different needs, whether building your own personal brand, your company’s or your client’s. Designed also for those who are thinking about stepping into the creative industry.
02. How does it work?
A good plan is a compilation of tools and templates organized into 4 booklets: ideas, planning, strategy and expression. We have organized the tools following a natural brand building cycle, but feel free to start anywhere you like. You can break the ice by writing down any strategic and creative ideas for brand building on the first sketching booklet. Or you can start in any booklet you like to help to visualize and organize your branding process.
03. How do I make a purchase?
Payment transactions are securely done via Stripe with all credit and debit cards. None of your personal or financial information is kept by us and always reminds private. The respective shipping costs are gathered automatically when shopping, taking into account the quantity, weight and destination selected. Please be aware that any customs duties and taxes for overseas orders are buyers' responsibility to pay.
04. What if I receive a damaged package?
The customer must only accept packages without visible signs of wear and tear. Please, do not accept the notebook if the package is damaged. If any notebook arrives in a less than perfect condition, please inform us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and share pictures with us. For return items, please email us with your order number, personal details and the reason of its return.
05. When will
my order arrive?
We ship as soon as possible. We usually ship within one-two working days after receiving the order, granted we received payment. Orders are packed and shipped worldwide from Barcelona. Delivery time can vary depending on the country's postal service. Orders in Spain take two days to arrive; orders to Europe and the rest of World take three days if using express delivery or up to three weeks if selecting standard delivery. A signature will be required for the reception of the package. Mayúscula is not taking any responsibility for any delay resulting from an incorrect shipping, holiday or even further accidents out of our control.
06. Why am I paying tax?
All worldwide orders are charged in accordance to clearence customs & Services Tax Act. For international orders, please note that your country may charge you customs levy or import tax and this is not something we are accountable for. For instance, Latam zone always charge customs taxes; whereas other countries such as China, Taiwan, Dubai, Kuwait, Lebanon the delivery is successfully uncharged.
