Mayúscula designed and organized a workshop focused in Retail communication for a Food & Beverage industry client.
The workshop helped to foresee all needs within current retail scenarios in order to improve the performance. With the help of A Good Plan tools and templates, the brand was able to analyze a complete customer journey discovering the "moments of truth" and empowering solutions to deliver a unique customer experience. By doing a competitors analysis, we got the key to start working on the evolution of its brand expression in 5 years from now.
The workshop delivered a creative atmosphere and helped to fulfill the main goal: make the brand go further through design thinking, strategy and service design!
